Heart of the Lakes Community Foundation is excited to bring families together for our Round Lake Community BooVille Celebration on October 30, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Avon Township in Round Lake Park.

Your sponsorship will help us provide activities, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences while keeping the focus on bringing our community together. We have several sponsorship opportunities available:

BooVille Sponsorship Levels

🥉 $100 — COMMUNITY SPONSOR

  • Business name on the event banner and social media thank-you recognition.

🥈 $250 — AUTUMN SPONSOR

  • Business name/logo on the event banner; social media recognition; and a business call-out during the event.

🥇 $500 — HARVEST SPONSOR

  • Business logo on the event banner; recognition on printed event materials; social media recognition; business call-out during the event; and the opportunity to provide promotional materials.

💎 $1,000 — TITLE SPONSOR

  • Premier placement on the event banner; logo/name on all printed event materials; featured recognition across our social media platforms; multiple social media shout-outs leading up to the event; special business call-out during the event; recognition as the official Title Sponsor; and the opportunity to provide promotional materials.

IN-KIND COMMUNITY SPONSOR — DONATE AN EXPERIENCE OR SERVICE
Businesses may also support the event by donating an activity, service, equipment, entertainment, prizes, or another family-friendly experience. Examples include a bounce house, face painter, balloon artist, kids' games, riding lawn mower/barrel train ride, petting zoo, activity station, or decorations. In-kind sponsors will receive business name/logo recognition on the event banner, social media recognition, and a business call-out during the event.
